Tracy Cordingley, Creative Director & Co-Founder
Tracy has a first degree in Interior Architecture, and studied MA Industrial Design at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, London. Since graduating in 2001 she has worked across a wealth of different design practices, from Furniture and Product Design to Graphics and New Media. Her main interests lie in new technological developments and the changing inter-disciplinary boundaries of the product design profession. Over recent years Tracy has become particularly interested in Open Design and the potential these new community-based models have to reshape traditional working methods and practices of design. Tracy is a Senior Lecturer in Product Design at Nottingham Trent University.

Jamie Billing, Technical Director & Co-Founder
Jamie has a BA (Hons) in Design Futures from Newport School of Art and Design and also graduated from MA Industrial Design at Central St Martins in 2001. Jamie has worked as a consultant in Product Design, Graphics, Branding and New Media and currently, Jamie is Programme Leader in Design at Plymouth College of Art. Jamie has a utopian vision for product design and he believes that products, ideas and the associated knowledge should be openly shared, benefiting everyone... not just a few individuals and share-holders.

Dr Mariale Moreno, Research Fellow at Nottingham Trent University
Dr Mariale Moreno is a research fellow at Nottingham Trent University. She collaborates at the UK INDEMAND Centre, an inter-university research project between industry and academic partners. Her work focuses on consumer behaviour and business opportunities towards reducing energy and material demand in different sectors. Mariale’s research interest are on the circular economy, sustainable consumption and production, fostering new business models through innovation, and consumer behaviour.
She completed her PhD at Loughborough University on User-Centred Design and Sustainable Consumption. Prior to this she studied a Masters Degree in Design and Innovation for Sustainability at Cranfield University. In the past, she has collaborated at the Royal Society of Arts and the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design on topics around behavioural change and sustainability.

Andy Gofton, Technical Consultant/Systems Administrator
Andy studied A-level IT and Design Technology in 2001, and has worked within the IT/Engineering sales industry for 6 years until his appointement as Systems Administrator & Data Analyst within the Information Systems department at Nottingham Trent University in 2008. During this time, Andy has carried out a number of private web development projects with a diverse range of clients. Since 2011, he has worked as a Technical Consultant to Co-oproduct specialising in Joomla and php integration/development. Andy is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Co-oproduct portal.
Kerry Truman, Senior Technician
Kerry is a Senior Technician at Nottingham Trent University since 1987. Over the years Kerry has worked in subjects such as electronics, robotics, welding, CAD, manufacture and IT.
Kerry has worked on a wide variety of projects from Interior Architecture modelling to engineering pnuematic and hydraulic design. His role at NTU introduces him to a range of architecture, art & design projects and he has also been involved in various research projects using robot technology and techno-art sculpture.

Dave Bramston, UK Design Champion
Dave Bramston is a Principal Lecturer (Enterprise) at the School of Art & Design, University of Lincoln. He has assisted a range of UK manufacturers instigate a design capability and is predominantly active in the identification of emerging trends and ideas across a range of disciplines. Dave has presented designs, and worked with companies, in the US, Europe and Far East and is the author of several design books. A co-founder of the design group mbrela he is particularly keen to engage in Open Design and the objectives of co-oproduct.
