Materials - Plastic mesh, Assorted cable ties
1 - Cut the plastic mesh to size.
2 - weave the long cable ties up and down through the mesh.
3 - tie the small cable ties along the mesh between the long ties.
4 - Weave each line of small cable ties over the long ones and onto the other side.
Materials - Calico, Metallic Wrappers, CD Disks
1 - Draw pattern on wrappers.
2 - Smash CD's into small shards.
3 - Cut out wrapper pattern and glue to calico.
4 - Sew around the wrappers to secure them to the calico.
5 - Glue CD shards onto the pattern to embellish.
Materials - Drawing pins, Calico
1 - Mark out where you want the pins to be.
2 - Insert drawing pin and push down with thumb or hammer so the pin bends securing it in the fabric.
3 - Repeat the process until the pattern is finished.
Wires - These could be used to attach pieces, wrap objects, or woven into something with holes, the plastic could be stripped and the bare wires could be used to sew with.
Bottles and Cans - These come in loads of different colours and shapes could be cut out of them and stuck together to make ob
Bag with foil lining - I think the bag could be turned inside out to show the silver foil and shapes could be cut out of it and sewn onto a garment, i liked the shiny, metallic look and if worked well could add simple detailing onto an object.
Cable ties - I Decided to keep these after not using
