Making Instructions (Login to see the full instructions)

Collect the P.E.T bottles your drinks of choice until you have 36.
Remove all labels and any glue residue attached to the bottles.
Pre heat your oven to roughly 100c (gas mark 1/4).
Remove the top section and slice the bottles in half.
Now remove the bottom section so you are left with a clean half pipe shaped form.
Using a piece of scrap paper as a tray, insert the plastic forms into the pre heated oven.
After five minutes remove them from the oven. At this point they should have curled up on themselves forming organically shaped spirals.
Allow the spirals to cool and then used your epoxy resin to glue the two together, ensuring the wider Neck ends are on the same side.
Continue this process until you have baked 35 of your bottles. Allow the glue to dry.
Continue combining all your 35 baked plastic spirals, aiming to create one large structure. Some may need support while the glue fixes.
At this point you will want to examine the lamp, and see if there are any holes that let glaring light through, and if it does insert a spiral into it.
Take your last bottle and remove the bass, then slice the body into equal strips and adhere them to the back of the structure.
Now decide what way up your lamp will stand and remove the bass. Now insert your light element and glue it to the neck of the bottle.
Insert your bulb, plug it in and decide wether it will be a corner lamp or desk lamp.
final lamp.
