Making Instructions (Login to see the full instructions)

Cut 2 wheels in half with a hacksaw. Remove spokes with a screwdriver. Group the wheel frames together in an 'X' formation. Using the holes, thread the cable ties and tighten.
take the third wheel and remove the bolt from within the axle, using the pliers. Clean with anti grease solution to prevent mess.
Take the third wheel and remove the spokes. Then re-attach nine to the axle in the formation shown above. Be sure to leave an 'X' section for the frame to sit in.
To create feet for the frame, use spare 200mm inner tube, which you wrap over and around the foot. Using 100mm, slide over to secure and then trim. Glue with adhesive.
Using the inner tubes, cut out the valve and cut the tube in half. Weave the tubes together keeping it thicker on the outside and thin in the middle.
Cut a piece of cardboard to the same size as the inner frame. Put a 30mm hole in the centre for the axle. Attach the wheel.
Lay the wheel on top of the weave. Tie the string to alternating tubes and then feed the string around the axle and attach to the opposite tube.
Attach the frame to the 'X' spokes using cable ties. Feed through the spoke hole and tighten.
Use the open chain to mask the cable ties which hold the frame together. Wrap around in a circular formation. Tie with a small piece of wire.
Trim the excess string and tubing. Tuck in any tube's that hang down underneath. Use the flat inner tube to place around the outside rim of the table.
The final B-3 Table made from reused inner tubing from bicycle wheels.
