Making Instructions (Login to see the full instructions)

Sew 2 of the sheets together (so that it creates a double thickness) then leave a small gap to allow to turn inside out so that you have a neat edge.
Using the same material cut out a section that is 16cm-30cm and draw a line directly down the middle of the material. To create a guide, fold in half and sew together, again leaving a space so that you are able to turn it inside out. Then sew the whole up.
Cut 4x triangles outs that are 8cm-22cm, then sew 2 together on top of each other, again allow a small space so that you are able to turn it inside out to create a neat edge, then sew up the small whole. Repeat this again for the other 2 triangle shapes.
Next sew all the 5 sections together to create the rectangle bag shape.
When all 5 material sections are all sewn neatly together it should look like this once turned inside out.
Cut each page of magazine in half (long ways) and then roll it up tightly securing with the glue gun. Repeat this many times
Once you have rolled many sheets into tubes, using the glue gun glue each individual piece onto the bag neatly. Until you have filled the front and the back of the bag.
When you have finished the front and the back of the bag. Turn the bag upside down and glue smaller sections of rolled up magazine all along the bottom of the bag neatly.
Once you have covered the whole of the bottom section it should look like this.
Now to add the strap onto the bag. So take your old belt and cut it so that you are still able to adjust it when it is attached to the bag and then sew each side on to the bag.
To create the notebook use exactly the same technique in rolling the magazines like you just did for the bag but smaller sections. Then attach them all to the old notebook.
When both of your products are finished, cover all the magazine sections in pva glue to protect it all. Your final outcome should look like this.
