Sustainability Policy

Co-oproduct Community Interest Company (CIC) is committed to leading the design industry in both minimising the impact of its own activities on the environment, as well as promoting and sharing exemplar models of good practice with the design industry and the global public in general.

The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

  • - Openly and freely share exemplar models of good practice, through the publication of the work that we do on our website, our social media channels, as well as report this activity through our end of year 'Community Interest Company Report', where applicable.
  • - Minimise our own waste production by evaluating (and where possible) iradicating all unneccessary or non-essential operations/services.
  • - Actively promote sustainable and ethical practice both internally and publicly amongst our members, customers and suppliers.
  • This Policy is fully supported by both the Technical Director (Jamie Billing) and Creative Director (Tracy Cordingley) of the company. We continuously review this Policy.

This policy was last reviewed: 26/01/16

Co-oproduct is a Community Interest Company (CIC), limited by guarantee with a small membership. It was incorporated in October 2008 for community purposes and it's assets and profits are dedicated to these purposes. It has no share value and has a legal obligation to serve its community, as outlined in its memorandum and articles of association.

We believe that a Community Interest Company is the right way to do business.
