Remove the label from the plastic bottle and use a scalpel to pierce a hole. Follow the ridge under the label to cut around with scissors. Remove the lid and pierce with a bradawl.
Print out the A3 template sheet shown in step 3. Cut out the templates. Transfer to reused cardboard and trace around the shapes twice. Then cut out from the cardboard and paint with your chosen colour.
Templates for the card base of the speakers. Cut out along the solid black line. Score the dotted lie.
Take the base, insert the bottle into the large hole and fold along score lines. Place the small holes over the bottle cap on top of each other.
Place the mount over the back of the speaker and push until it sits flush.
Place the small hole of the clamp over the neck of the bottle.
Place the speaker face down over the large hole of the clamp.
Insert the wire into the bottle cap and add a small piece of black tape 15cm from the end of the wire to stop the cap falling off.
Insert the wire into the other small hole of the clamp then through the bottle and attach to the two speaker terminals. secure with insulation tape.
Fold the arm of the clamp to the neck of the bottle and place the hole over the neck of the bottle. Secure by screwing the cap back on.
Repeat processes three to nine to complete the second speaker.
The final Pop Card Speakers, carefully crafted out of plastic drinks bottles and other reuse materials.
